For over 170 years, Catholic Charities has reached out to all people in need regardless of religion, race, creed or gender. With over 35 programs, we serve San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties. We regularly partner with Bay Area government, community, business, and interfaith groups to reach anyone who needs help; including the homeless, single moms, people with HIV/AIDS, immigrants, and seniors.
Formed to care for the orphans of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, Catholic Charities has been a leader in providing human services to those who need them most.
